## 18. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512. Send a notice to our designated agent:

Copyright Agent, free-pi
320 Macon Street, Brooklyn, New York 11216
Email: `legal@freepi.ai`

A notice must be in writing and include, as 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) requires: (1) the physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

**Counter-notice.** If we remove or disable material because of a notice and you believe this was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send our designated agent a counter-notice that meets 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3): your signature, identification of the material and where it appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address, and telephone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the United States, any district where we can be found). We may restore the material as that section allows.

**Repeat infringers.** We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notice can create liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
